2. Data we collect

When you place an order, we collect: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the data required to process payment. You enter this data directly during checkout.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is processed exclusively to fulfil your order (performance of contract), to communicate with you about the order status, and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by an external payment service provider. Your payment data is transmitted directly to this provider and is not stored on our own servers. Further information is available on request via the contact details in the Legal Notice.

5. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies for: shopping bag (session), wishlist (up to 365 days), language preference, and — if you arrive via a referral link — an attribution cookie (up to 30 days). We do not use third-party marketing or tracking cookies.

6. Retention period

Order data is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods (generally 7 years under Austrian commercial and tax law).

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your data.
